Draining Mode
To initiate draining mode, simply give the command and you will notice the hey abby LED indicator turn blue while the smart dial screen displays the draining icon. (the screen is only available with OG edition)
If you do not see the draining mode activate during your session, it's possible that the hey abby device is not properly connected to your smartphone. In this case, try turning off the device for 5 minutes and then turning it back on. This should resolve the issue in most cases.
However, if the problem persists, you may need to re-pair your device.
Draining Mode is on but the water pump not working
In very rare cases the water pump connector is loosened which will cause a lack of response of the water pump, please perform the below check, we encourage you to check with our support team first before you open the hey abby back panel
Remove the back panel
Check whether the terminals are disconnected
If the issue is still not resolved, please contact our support team.
