If you find your device's temperature and humidity sensor terminals become loose during transportation, or encounter power irregularities due to extended usage, check out these two effective methods.

Method 1: Reconnecting Terminals

1. Power down your Hey abby;

2. Loosen the eight screws securing the device's back cover;

3. Identify the sensor connector, as illustrated in the image below. Carefully unplug and then replug the connector.

4. Power the device back on to verify if the temperature and humidity sensor functionality has been restored. If not, please reach out to our support team ([email protected]) for assistance.

Method 2: Replacing the Sensor

1. Use a Phillips screwdriver to remove the screws securing the temperature and humidity sensor;

2. Cut the end of the existing sensor using scissors. Secure the terminal of the new sensor to the cut wire using tape to ensure stability;

3. Locate the sensor wire connected to the temperature and humidity sensor terminal on the board. Gently extract the wire until the taped terminal is exposed.

4. Insert the new sensor terminal into the motherboard's slot and tighten the screws securely to complete the replacement process.
