Follow these simple steps to replace loose or unstable power cords

Updated over 6 months ago

During transportation, the power cord cables of the top and bottom panels may become loose, or they may become unstable after prolonged use. If this happens, you'll need to replace the power cords.

STEPS:

  1. Power off your Hey abby grow box;

  2. Use a Phillips screwdriver to loosen the 6 screws inside the device, open the top cover, unplug the cables, and remove the top cover to find the power cord. (Tip: Take a photo before unplugging the cables to ensure correct reconnection during reassembly.)
