Replacing the Bottom Fans

  1. Power off the device before starting any operations.

  2. Remove the 8 screws from the back of abby.

  3. Drain the water from the tank and remove the tank along with the other components.

  4. Remove the three screws from the back of the device.

  5. Unplug all the cables from the connections on the mainboard, ensuring you photograph each one beforehand to document their specific locations for reconnection later.

  6. Remove the 3 screws on the bottom bracket; then lay the bracket flat, being careful not to pull on the air pump hose.

  7. Remove the 3 screws from the water shield.

  8. Each fan is secured with 4 nuts. Use a tool to turn the nuts to the right to loosen them, and then manually remove them.

  9. Prepare for new fans installation: first attach the washers and nuts onto the bolts, then use a tool (such as pliers or a hex key) to secure the nuts tightly.

  10. Prepare for reassembly: Secure each of the following three sets of screws.
