Night mode of the Hey abby grow cabinet allows you to control when to turn on and off the ambient light (top light).
How Night Mode Works?
When Night Mode is deactivated:
The ambient light stays on constantly.
When Night Mode is activated:
The ambient light follows the schedule set in the "Timer." It turns on during your specified period and turns off for the remaining time.
How to Activate the Night Mode?
Follow these steps to activate the night mode in Hey abby:
Navigate to the settings menu.
Look for the night mode option and toggle it on.
Set the desired start and end time for night mode. *Note that the duration between the start time and end time should not exceed 12 hours.
Once night mode is activated, the ambient light will be turned off outside the period you specified in the Timer, while grow light and dials will remain functional.
What to Do If Night Mode Fails to Activate
If you encounter any issues with night mode not working properly, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Turn off night mode and then turn it back on again. This can refresh the settings and resolve any temporary issues;
If turning it off and on doesn't work, reboot the Hey abby device. This can help reset any software glitches that may be affecting night mode;
