In this update, you can expect the following changes:
The app now supports the Hey abby Budcam (WiFi smart camera), which enables you to monitor your plant directly from your phone.
We've introduced a new camera interface, designed just for the Budcam. It will allow users to capture photos, record videos, enable audio (for speaking to your plant), and facilitate time-lapse functionality.
A convenient time-lapse tool has been integrated. This function will let growers merge their plant pictures and create captivating gifs or mp4 files.
Features
Budcam Support
Under your device manager, simply click "Add Accessory" and follow the instructions to add your Hey abby R1 Smart Budcam. The pairing process takes less than 1 minute. Have more than one camera? You can use the device management center to manage multiple cameras used in different devices.
New User Interface
Once your Budcam is successfully paired, the app home page will show the live view of your plant. You'll still be able to view all important information and notifications from the home screen with this setup. But if you'd like to return to the original layout, you can simply click the circular arrow button at the top of the screen to switch back.
Camera Kit
The new camera kit mimics a traditional smartphone layout. It gives users multiple options in a clean, easy-to-use interface.
Time-lapse Tool
We've added mp4 video capability for the time-lapse tool. You can now easily share your plant within the grow rooms to your favorite social media networks.
