If error codes pop up in your hey abby app (Android/IOS), refer to this list to understand what they mean and find the right fixes.

For IOS Users

1501: Connection Error

> solution: Try to delete the device and pair it again.

1505: Device Offline

> solution: Try to pair the device again.

11002: Device Removed

> solution: Try to pair the device again.

1512: Connection Timeout

> solution: First, double-check that your Wi-Fi is up and running smoothly. Once confirmed, try pairing the device again.

11005: Night Mode Error

> solution: To resolve this issue, remove the device from the app and then re-add it.

For Android Users

11001: Connection Error
