Learn how to troubleshoot low water levels: top up reservoir, plan scheduled water changes, rebooting the device for network delay.

Updated over a year ago

Maintaining the proper water levels in your Hey abby Grow Box is crucial for optimal plant growth. If you receive a prompt indicating a low water level, follow these troubleshooting steps:

Low Water Level Prompt:

If the app prompts a low water level, it indicates that the plant has absorbed a significant amount of water during its growth. To meet the plant's requirements, top up the reservoir with fresh water.

Note: In some cases, the app may indicate a low water level while the reservoir is actually full. This could be due to a network delay, and it usually resolves itself within a few minutes. If the issue persists, try rebooting the device.

Scheduled Water Change:

Take note of the next scheduled water change day and plan to change both the water and nutrient solution. This will help ensure a consistent supply of fresh water and nutrients for your plants.

By following these troubleshooting tips for low water levels, you can ensure that your plants receive adequate hydration and thrive in the Hey abby Grow Box system.
