By default, TP-Link router's Wi-Fi names (SSID) for the 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz bands are identical. To distinguish between the two bands, follow these steps:

  1. Click "Settings" in the lower-right corner of the page.

  2. Navigate to "Wireless."

  3. In the 2.4G Wireless section, configure SSID as <XXX>-2.4G, with XXX representing the Wi-Fi name. Save your settings.

Upon completion, the updated Wi-Fi names will appear on your mobile phone's Wi-Fi settings page.

Note: After modifying Wi-Fi names, reconnect devices to this wireless router. The password remains the same unless modified.
